Who we are

PackMate ("we", "us", "our") provides storage box rental for house and business moves in Dublin, Meath & Louth. This policy explains what personal data we collect through https://packmate.ie, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you use our quote calculator, waitlist form, or business enquiry form, we collect:

• Your name and contact details (email address, phone number)
• Your delivery and collection addresses, including Eircode
• Details of your order (box count, rental duration, transport preference)
• For business enquiries, your company name and any message you provide

We don't use cookies or analytics tracking on this site at this time, so we don't collect browsing behaviour or device data beyond standard web server logs.

Why we collect it

We use your data only to:

• Provide a quote and respond to your enquiry
• Arrange delivery and collection of storage boxes
• Contact you about your order or rental
• Confirm whether your address falls within our service area

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for marketing unless you've separately asked to be kept informed (for example, joining our waitlist).

How we store and share it

Submitted enquiries are sent by email to our team using Resend, an email delivery provider, and stored in our mailbox. We don't share your data with third parties except where needed to deliver the service you've requested (for example, a removals partner if you've asked us to arrange transport), or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order data for as long as needed to fulfil your rental and for our own record-keeping and accounting obligations, after which it's deleted.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to restrict how we use it. To make a request, email us at hello@packmate.ie. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission if you believe we've mishandled your data.
